A couple tricked people into thinking they had a time machine from Israel that could keep them young forever. They stole 35 crore rupees in the process. This happened in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. The case involves Rajeev Kumar Dubey and his wife, Rashmi Dubey. It’s believed that they have fled the country.

Rajeev and Rashmi opened a therapy center called ‘Revival World’ in the Kidwai Nagar area of Kanpur. They claimed that the center had a time machine from Israel that could make a 60-year-old person look 25.
They also promised that oxygen therapy would help older people look younger. Because of these claims, the therapy center attracted a lot of customers. They tricked people into believing that pollution was making them age quickly and that oxygen therapy could restore their youth in just a few months.
They charged ₹6,000 for a package of 10 sessions and offered a three-year package for ₹90,000. One complainant, Renu Singh, said the couple took ₹10.75 lakh from her. Overall, they are accused of stealing around ₹35 crore from hundreds of people. The police have filed a case and are now looking for the couple.
Three couples have come forward to say they were tricked by Rajeev Kumar and Rashmi Dubey. One of the victims, Renu Singh Chandel, mentioned that she lost ₹10.75 lakh to them. She claims that the scamsters from Kanpur cheated many people, stealing a total of around ₹35 crore.
According to the Times of India, Chandel mentioned that the couple ran their business like a pyramid scheme. If one customer referred another person, they would get their next session for free.
The police believe that around 25 couples have been cheated in this scam. The Dubeys are currently on the run, and it’s suspected that they have left the country.
Police Statement
ACP Anjali Vishwakarma explained that the “oxygen sessions” were priced at ₹90,000 each. She mentioned that the couple offered discounts to customers who brought in new clients, effectively turning it into a pyramid scheme, which is a type of scam used in bad investment plans.
The main complainant, Renu Singh Chandel, said that Rajeev and Rashmi promised her a free session if she brought someone with her.
She ended up introducing several people. DCP (South) Ankita Sharma confirmed that there might be over 24 victims and added that the police are actively searching for Rajeev and Rashmi.
