Fahad Ahmad is an Indian student leader and social activist. He was the General Secretary of the Student Union at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences. In July 2022, he joined the Samajwadi Party, where he was welcomed by Abu Azmi and Rais Shaikh. He later became the President of the Samajwadi Party for Maharashtra and Mumbai.

On February 16, 2023, Fahad Ahmad married Bollywood actress Swara Bhasker. Their marriage faced criticism from Islamic scholar Yasir Nadeem al Wajidi. On September 23, 2023, Swara gave birth to their daughter, Raabiyaa.
Fahad Ahmad attended Zakir Hussain Model Higher Secondary School in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, until the 9th grade. He then went to Aligarh Muslim University for his college education, where he completed a Bachelor of Commerce from 2014 to 2016.

Career Journey Of Fahad Ahmad
While studying at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Fahad Ahmad was elected as the general secretary of the Student Union for the 2017-2018 term. After that, when he joined the Samajwadi Party, he became the president of the party’s youth wing, the Samajwadi Party Yuvjan Sabha.
On March 4, 2013, he co-founded a relief camp called “SOCH Beyond the Imagination” in Muzaffarnagar with activist Faisal Khan. Additionally, he interned at the Amrit Foundation of India from June 17 to July 31, 2015.
In 2019, Fahad Ahmad was a speaker at the TEDxHindujaCollege event at Hinduja College in Mumbai. He has been invited to speak on various platforms about important issues.
